                                       The truth about review sites

We were quite reluctant to write anything on this subject because we hate to say anything negative about anyone. To be fair and honest, we just want to say that these sites can be very beneficial, and you can learn a lot from them. Just be aware that not everything is as it seems, no matter how flashy or informative the web site is. Be aware that just because a site may expose the vicious tactics of another, it does not mean that they don't have integrity issues of their own.

Some sites are better than others in the way they model their behavior. We don't discourage anyone to use them because there is so much good information made available and they do have their place. We just wish that they would make their websites as fair as possible. Our best advise to you is to use your best judgment and take the good with the bad and don't believe everything you hear.

Let me tell you of an incident that inspired me to write this article. I read a review written about one of the systems that we represent. Only one review was posted, but it was labeled as a "scam." As I read the review, it said that they highly recommended it and gave it 5 stars, so obviously the scam post was a mistake.  I brought it to the attention of the site owner but I received no response. So I submitted a post about his site, and told him I really liked the information that he made available but I only gave him 3 stars for not changing the mistake made on that review as I requested. To that, he responded! He told me that my 3 star review was very uncool! He did say that he would remove the scam review, and so I apologized.

He did finally take the scam label off, but my review was never posted. This same individual is bashing another site for not allowing poor reviews to be posted about their services. He also calls people names and gets very defensive if you oppose him, but overall, he does have a nice site and there some very nice basic study material available.

Like trading any market, trading foreign currencies entails a very high degree of risk. It is possible to lose some or all of your initial investment. Never invest more than what you are willing to lose.  You should be aware of the risks involved and possibly seek guidance of an independent financial councelor if you have any doubts. Before deciding to invest, carefully choose how much you are willing to risk and your tolerance of loss.
